I dont think i am the only person who will be surprised by the amount of construction and development work going on in Noida - Greater Noida - Noida Expressway and surrounding areas. Most of us are aware of the development in Gurgaon region, but i feel that has now become too congested and more of a concrete jungle.
Noida and Greater Noida have more open spaces and many other amenities and facilities to offer. Being a BIG BIG car buff, the formula one F1 track is the deal sealer for me. Every since i saw the race, i have been following up on the development activities in that region, lots of builders and lots of projects.
I have been blogging about Supertech Orb Homes of late, but there is a lot more in Noida than just Supertech Orb homes. A look at supertech's website :- http://www.supertechlimited.com and their Residential projects in Noida section throws light at the large number of projects being done by just one development company - Supertech Limited in that region.
Prices are definitely cheaper than Gurgaon, facilities, amenities, connectivity is the same or better than that of Gurgaon - in fact Noida and Greater Noida show more potential in terms of an airport coming up, a cricket stadium coming up, i definitely think that it is a much better investment and also a much better living spot compared to Gurgaon.
I will be posting about some other builder groups also focusing Noida and Greater Noida to have a valid comparison between Gurgaon and Noida for sure, this seems exciting.
